I have left over lettuce from the fall, Kale, Arrugala, Spinach, Onion, Garlic, too. In my perennial garden I see Salisify, Mint, Parsley and will see soon.... Asparagus. I have my fingers crossed on artichokes. I have planted turnips, artichokes, lettuce, spinach, onion... and even peppers, and tomatoes which I will cover it it gets too cold.
